1. Age Requirement
FlameDate is strictly for users aged 18 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. All users must complete age verification through our selfie verification system before they can send messages.
2. Account & Verification
Each user must register with a valid email address and complete identity verification by submitting a selfie with a handwritten date. Unverified accounts can browse profiles but cannot send messages. FlameDate reserves the right to reject verification submissions.
3. Coin System & Payments
New users receive 10 free coins upon registration. Each message sent costs 1 coin (€0.75). Additional coins can be purchased through our secure payment system. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4. Content Rules
Adult content between consenting adults is permitted. The following is strictly prohibited: content involving minors, non-consensual content, violence, hate speech, spam, scams, and illegal activity. All messages are automatically moderated. Violations result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination.
5. Three-Strike Policy
1st violation: Warning. 2nd violation: 24-hour temporary ban. 3rd violation: Permanent account ban. Banned users lose access to remaining coins.
6. Privacy & Data
We collect and process personal data necessary for the service. Profile photos and verification photos are stored securely. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
FlameDate provides a platform for adult users to connect. We are not responsible for the behavior of individual users, the outcome of any meetings, or any damages arising from the use of our service.
